at least for a good reason this time, to protect his wife from a drunken fan. Security dropped the ball on this one by letting get to the point where Davis felt the need to go into the stands.

Problems like this would be a thing of the past if everyone were allowed to carry a concealed weapon.

Was there alcohol involved?

NBA wives - just can't take them anywhere.

they should put up a fence around the court like euro soccer, except this would be to keep the fans safe from the players.

you didn't get that clue by teh fact that they threw batteries at Dave Parker, or the fact that they booed Santa Claus one year?

I'd rank Broncos fans up there too with their objects hidden in snowballs shenanigans.

Apparently, Antonio's wife started (http://deadspin.com/sports/nba/a-differing-view-on-davis-trip-into-the-stands-149534.php) the whole fracas.

Women should stay at home while us menfolk are out making a living. ;)

Craig Biggio's wife was slapped during a world series game in Chicago. I say they suspend the fans for a couple of games when this happens ;)

Sounds like Antonio was headed into the stands to PROTECT THIS GUY FROM HIS PSYCHOTIC WIFE!!!

He saw a tussle and was like "oh no, here she goes again. gotta get up there before our family gets sued. bitch always fighting folks in front of our poor kids..."

Dude is going to sue Davis and his wife. Oh, isn't it a funny coincidence that the dude is the son of a big democrat fundraiser in Chicago. That's probably the reason she was slapping him.

Don't go to Philly game with another jersey on with out expecting to get in a fight- low life Philly is the worst fans there are. No class- even when they come to DC for the SKins games they start fights and do **** like put mustard on womens chairs etc etc...

This Axelrod turd needs a beat down. Wonder if he'd pop off like this if he was face to face with Mr. Davis instead of Mrs. Davis. He can be a big badass in the stands, but face to face with Davis on the street and this ****** wouldn't say a word.

My sweet hubby went at this young LSU fan in the French Quarter who startled me by yelling "Tiger Bait", not 5 inches from my face. I had to stand between them. Very loudy I said, "I am NOT missing the game to bail you out of jail." That made him calm down. :D
