(Michael Fortier) was sentenced to 12 years and ordered to pay $200,000 in fines after pleading to having prior knowledge of the bombing plan but not alerting authorities, to helping McVeigh and Nichols move and sell stolen guns, and to lying to federal authorities.

"I hope he's in line to be a good citizen now."
-Bud Welch (lost his daughter in the bombing)

Lori Fortier testified that she helped make a false identification card that McVeigh used to rent the truck used in the bombing. Lori Fortier was granted complete immunity for her testimony and never served any prison time.

What's keeping the State of Oklahoma from charging them both with murder? Was that part of the "testimony" deal?

the State did a great job of trying Terry Nichols.
