just had one of my adjusters come in to approve a repair estimate for a big sign one of our insureds ran into....our insured was arrested for DUI.....the sign he/she hit?

heh, I worked on a claim where a lady jumped 2 curves, rearended the car that was at a Wendy's drive thru window and then got out of her car and fell over passed out in the flower bed

That is funny. Thank goodness though that the insured didnt hit a person. I was hit while stopped at a traffic light and knocked unconscience. My car and the car in front of me was totally demolished, by what witnesses said was a drunk woman, who wasnt even tested for alcohol. Her brother was a cop. She swore in the deposition that she was only going 35 MPH off the freeway exit.

I hope you raise his rates.

anybody remember the lady a couple years ago that ran over the man who was stuck thru her windshield......she drives home, parks in the garage and goes inside, while he dies ...

yeah pretty much.......we're a min limits company

we do have insureds who could get insurance with the big guys, however they cant afford the bigger premiums

we arent that bad

remember there are alot of people in texas who havent been here long, but have to drive....and alot of lower income folks who need non standard insurance

there is definitely a market for it, and they arent all drunks....very few of them are in fact

would a min policy from Geico be cheaper or more expensive than SFJK Insurance Co.?

well, used to be more expensive, but now its more competitive...ours is still cheaper.....our down payment to start the policy is what attracts alot of folks..plus our entrance exam is alot easier to pass ;)
