I ordinarily do not do this, for most people give to causes they feel are worthy and don't need to be bothered with solicitations. I, however, feel this cause is far too important to be overlooked. Please follow this link and make a donation if you feel obliged, and I think you will. And please come back here and comment on how you were moved by the cause and we can have fellowship...

I would think it more funny if they only got to, say, $8500 and then donators lost interest. Ha!
