View Full Version : Is the SF experiencing a brain fart?

I have noticed there are quite a few long term posters absent from the SF these days. Is it because the SO seems to be experiencing a brain fart? Some of the thread topics certainly leave a lot to be desired. The maturity level seems to be going down the slippery slope a bit. Think we can turn this thing around and salvage it?

My opinion on this topic has been well documented, but I'm too deliriously happy about NHT to worry about it anymore.

I've wondered if it isn't the spek's fault? Everyone so busy trying to get a good one liner for spek that the real serious loving stuff that was the SO is no more...or not.:D

Problem is that anymore we can't get away with cheeky shenanigans. If we start one, either someone will take it seriously and get ****ed, or a nooblet will go way past the line because they don't know there IS a line yet, and get the whole thread deleted.

SoonerBorn68
1/10/2006, 11:08 PM
No. It's the one where the coal miners get into some heady literary discussion...so far...

Oh, and Crelm toothpaste.

No, I just got tired of using the boring "noob" term. I almost went for "n00bles", but I figured that's probably a plural of something.

Exploding Blue Danube. Rhymes with noob, anyway.
