Have any of you Texicans gone to www.powertochoose.org to compare savings by switching from TXU to another electricity provider? I'm thinking about switching to another to save some bucks.

it's a website you can go to to see if you are getting the best rate for your 'lectricity. for those of us poor souls that live South of the Red River.

If I lived south of the Red, I'd just stick my ernie in the closest wall socket. Wouldn't really matter what utility company electrocutes me.

Dean, south of the Red River is New South Oklahoma. Or really southern South Oklahoma. There are a lot (alot?) of us down here. Infiltrating, converting. We are working as fast as we can.

Apparently "Amigo Energy" is the cheapest for me. But that company name doesn't exactly overwhelm me with consumer confidence.
