I wonder how the plasma/particle weapons are coming along. I heard some wild rumors out of White Sands and Los Alamos when I lived out that way.

Seems to me that the hardest part of making a plasma gun would be figuring out some way of actually aiming the damn thing without it turning into a very messy flamethrower on steroids.
