I meant to say, "How do I get rid of them without having to bathe?"

"backne" as my kids call it.....i've been told that a little dab of crest toothpaste, allowed to dry over the "affected area" works wonders

Talk them around to your face, where they belong.

Well, I wouldn't exactly say that I was "sleeping."

I read that soaking your back in gasoline will get rid of acne.

We put on two coats of gasoline. So, I'm sitting here smoking my cigar waiting for the gas to dry. I hope it dries pretty soon because I'm in the mood for some pizza and some suspect roughing.

I am cured! I switched to a moisturizing body wash in the shower and my back is now blemish-free!

I would like to thank pg for suggesting that in a spek message. :)

Next time I have a hygiene issue, I'm going straight to the expert.

The disappearance of your affliction probably has more to do with the scrubbing than the new stuff you bought to scrub with.

I'm surprised "Butt Zits" hasn't shown up as a topic.

Now that you mention it...

Some other possible causes of "Dorsal Dermal Disturbances" are:

Using a hair conditioner. Long hair, saturated with conditioner, draped over one's back, pre-rinse, or rinsing conditioner down one's back, may allow the conditioner to clog pores. Back should be soaped and rinsed again AFTER use of conditioner.

Use of fabric softeners in clothing worn next to skin. The oils in the softener can also clog pores AND prevent the fabric from absorbing body moisture and oils. Same applies if you use softeners on your bed sheets, mattress covers.
Softeners may smell and feel good, but all they do is prevent absorption by coating fibers with what is basically an oil.

Underwear, tees, socks, sheets, and towels (bath, hand, and dish) should not be treated with softeners. Nothing like the scent and taste of Bounce(TM) on your coffee cup or clashing with the dab of "Evening in Stillwater" behind each ear (or in more strategic locations.)

Like that smell? OK, hang a couple of softener sheets in your clothes closet instead of tossing one in the dryer. Toss one into your sock and/or skivvie drawer. Replace every month or so.

And that's a good thing!

M. Stewart.
