yes. the compost facility and the waste water treatment plant are right next to each other. apparently (according to the dude in charge of that stuff) the compost facility USED to be the problem and they've fixed it now. And they're supposed to start redoing the crapwater place, but it'll probably take a year or so. :mad:

Cooler weather will help. Those bacterium who are the makers of the stinkage will be less busy, and the funk won't be as pervasive in the heavier cold air.

Oh, and people who choose to rent within sniffing range of a compost facility and a crapwater treatment plant shouldn't throw turds. ;)

mother****er! it smells SO bad outside right now. IT was awful on os tof the coldest days this past season (though they said the cold would make the smell go away) and now it's nearly the worst it's ever been. I'm spraying air freshener in here like mad. :mad:
