its an investigator position, i've applied for a dozen or more jobs with them....they have great benefits, a great work schedule, etc etc......problem is, everytime a job is listed, me and 500 others apply for it

this position is different though....3 of the 4 KSA's i'm extremely qualified on......threat assessments, AT/CT, procurement fraud

the guy doing the hiring is a retired Air Force OSI agent, which helps.....

yeah, its a long haul (40miles one way).......but the benefits with that company, and the job security would be worth it......they also work a 9/80 flex schedule.....you work your 80 hours in 9 days and get every other friday off

yeah my stepmothers sister and brother in law both retired from LM...they've said great things about it....I actually got in for an interview on another job at their grand prairie location, but once there, I discovered the job I was interviewing for was one i wasnt interested in.....i've been studying the map trying to figure out some shortcuts.....i imagine 121 can get pretty hairy....however i'd be leaving here very early in the morning

the one KSA I dont have experience in is the forensic computer evaluation....I just never had the chance to get the training, and my fear is that there are quite a few candidates who probably have this one KSA where I dont.....

ok so the interview was today.....they are interviewing a total of 4 people.....i think (based on some comments they made), its down to me and one other and the "one other" has a slight leg up in one area, where i have a leg up in another

there would be some travel involved.......international travel as well, when they do air shows, the security team has to go over to set up a guard force, etc etc
