All I could think about during the entire episode was JK firing those people at his office. I kept laughing the more I thought about JK handling the situation the same way.

I'm sure you handled it better JK but I couldn't help but thinking of you.

Oh man, that was the first time I've watched that show in it's entirety. I've seen bits & pieces before but I was laughing my *** off!

Whoever writes that show is pure genius

Boss: "I have to fire someone today..."

Pam: "Why did you wait until Halloween??"

Boss: "Because...it's scary stuff."

That show is awesome. BTW, the guy that played David Brent on the UK version gives this one a thumbs up, but then again I think he's an exec producer or something.

I have a confession:

I can't watch this show. The original is one of my all-time favorites so when this one came along I refused to watch it because knew it wouldn't even compare. Just like all the other British shows we rip off...

But several people have said how funny it is and stuff. Maybe I should just quit being a baby and give it a look...

Why do you hate America(n) TV?

I like My Name is Earl (which comes on right before it) a little better. This episode of the office was good, but a few weeks ago the show was horrible (the one with the sexual harrassment stuff).

I actually felt bad for the guy for the first time last night. And then he was so happy to see the trick or treaters at the very end.

The HBO comedy "Extras" is really, really funny.

I had the exact same feeling when the show started. I went ahead and started watching and it's really grown on me. Give it a shot.

I saw maybe the last 5 minutes of the show. That's all I've ever seen of it. I think I'd like to see more.

I'm a TV ignoramus, so I don't know nuthin about the original UK version; I might have to look that up, too.

TU, you should be able to rent it (or probably get it from Netflix if that's your thing). I know my local Blockbuster has it.

It took me a while to get into this show, but last night's episode was hilarious.

When Dwight told Michael he was going to soccer practice and looked into the camera and whispered "He has no idea!", the look on Dwight's face was priceless. I couldn't stop laughing.

On last week's show (I think) when Michael's boss came in to the office, after their trist, he tries to hug her or something and then he cops a feel on her boob. I missed it, but Mrs Mj caught it and we replayed it and it was hilarious. Anyone else catch that?

Somebody post the vid....I'll wait here.

Great show.

I've really started to like the American version which surprises me. Of all the characters, the biggest difference between the American and British version is the Tim/Jim character. Jim is WAY less pathetic than Tim was. Otherwise the characters are all very similar.

Dwight: Oh, I'm sorry. Were you two making out?

Last night's was awesome.

I like how Michael owns every skit at his improv class by using a gun in some fashion or another. That whole portion of the show, I was just dying

THe best one ever was when Michael told Jim to "try not to be so gay on the court". THe look Jim gives the camera had me rolling.

i love the way they look at the camera, the documentary thing is so funny The non-verbal interaction with the cameras are the best. There's at least one good one every episode.

Like the episode about Jim's party and Dwight thinks it's a suprise party for Michael and mouths to the camera with a wide-eyed, smiley look, "He has no idea!" Classic.

The non-verbal communication period is the best. This show captures real-life awkwardness better than anything I've ever seen. Michael's reaction when Jim and Pam were acting like they'd never heard of Titanic was hysterical. This show cannot come out fast enough on DVD.

It's very subtle. You need to see the episode where they have a party at Jim's apartment, and there's more evidence in the Christmas party episode.

I missed the party one. I'll have to try and download it. All I remember at the christmas party is that other (indian?) girl trying to make out with dwight.

Today's episode was pretty damn funny. How can you go wrong with Dwight and a concussion?

Those of you who haven't seen the original British version might check out your local PBS affiliate. I just saw last night that here in Dallas they're going to air it starting 1/21. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
