Heh. I bet OUDoc always has this problem. I personally like the smell of balloons. In fact, it's why I was kicked out of med school.

I started to resurrect this thing the other day...I chopped up some onions and shallots on Sunday. My hands have smelled like them since then until about yesterday. It happens every time.....garlic too. I think I have some kind of special garlic/onion skin.

Hold a stainless steel fork in your smelly hand under running cold water. That should help, but I have no idea why.

they sell thingies made of metal to get smells off your hands. i got one for christmas. I think it's called an "odor steeler" (har har)
I haven't chopped any onions or garlic since I got it, but chances are I'll probably cook tonight or tomorrow... I'll try it out and post my review

They ought to build locker rooms out of the stuff.

What time should we be over for dinner?

When I came home from playing golf, it smelled like vinegar in here. Maybe Mrs Mj cleaned the coffee pot? You're supposed to do that, yanno.

The boy used to call vinegar......vigenar. So around here, we always say vigenar. Funny, huh?

Maybe I just have hyper-sensitive olfactory glands.....or whatever.

Speaking of cats and common household solutions, give one a whiff of ammonia. They love it.

:confused:I dunno. Ask the USC defense, they're the ones that said VY was "Lubricating his skin" to keep from being easily tackled.

Apparently, we have a spray bottle with vinegar in it that Mrs Mj uses for cleaning. I guess that bottle broke and vinegar went everywhere....that's what I was smelling.

In other words, my olfactory glands are still 100% accurate.
