Going out on a limb there Blue. ;)

At this point, I'm just watching Gordon to see if he can still get in the hunt.

This season just seems doomed...i.e. the flat at the Glen.

Funny, but after he won at Daytona, I thought this was going to be another championship run.

By the way, I think you're right. It's Smoke's to lose.

2 to go. Looks like a three man race.

Any of you hillbillies go to the Texas race?

I went to qualifying and the truck race Friday, the Busch race yesterday and the Cup race today. Chamber of Commerce weather all three days. The weekend would have been perfect if Stewert had hung on and won. :(

It was an almost identical race to Atlanta last week. If you've got the car, you've got the car. Edwards had the car...again.

It's an awesome atmosphere, aint it? 200,000 hillbillies. :texan:

I'll admit up front I like Gordon, Johnson, and the rest of the Hendricks Motorsports team. BTW, I wasn't one of the noobs who gave this thread one star.

I'll also admit that Stewart kinda rubbed me the wrong way after he spun out Gordon in Dover earlier this year.

That having been said, the more Home Depot commercials I watch during a Nascar race, the less I don't like him.

Plus, I agreed with his assessment two weeks ago that Greg Biffle is an idiot. ;)

Yeah Blue I have been to all 10 Cup races, all but one Busch race and all but one IRL race since the track opened. I have missed a couple of truck races, one in 2000 when I was on my way to Manhattan KS for the OU/K-State football game. That was the race Tony Roper got killed when he got Earnhardted on the front stretch.:(

Your boy earned it.

I'm starting to like Gordon. He had a real classy interview after the race. I think I've gradually transferred that hate from the 24 to the 48.

Johnson was also a good sport tonight.
