We're going to Spek the Heck outta RacerX. He's a new dad which I think might keep him off the board this weekend. He is currently "off the scale bad...one bad dude." Let's see if we can surprise him on Monday with a row of green spek.

By the way, I just cheated on my yardwork.

I had the mower set on 2 and was going to bag the entire yard. About half way through, I set it on 3 and just mulched the rest. I was getting hot and kinda tired.

I've been putting it off, but I'm going to have to start mowing twice a week now. And we haven't even had any real rain for a long time. If we ever get some rain, I'm gonna be in trouble.

I think my lawn is part kudzu.

I had to mow my lawn earlier this week but I didn't have time to do the whole yard so I just mowed the front. That was Tuesday. When I went to mow the back yard today it was like a jungle. Actually it was more like a meadow. But the grass was tall. Much taller than I expected.

I haven't bagged my clippings since I've been in this house. I need to start alternating, though, between bagging and mulching.
