This post and thread will suck. Cut me some slack, yesterday I had a physical complete with ( :les: cough) and ( , you know what that means :eddie: ) plus I'm recovering from an excursion to the outskirts of drunkytown. Having said that, the store is awexome. I went in there the other day and was amazed at all the crap they have available. So today I get an add in the newspaper and throughout the day I will be listing sale items.

Bulk Salted Peanuts in the Shells, 88 cents per Lb.

Here's the deal on Atwood's people. They have quite a bit of "stuff." I buy hitch pins, clevis', bolts, a few tools, dog food, and have bought fence panels and cattle feeders there every once in a while. Sometimes, they put their Roundhouse overalls on sale and I'll buy a couple new pairs.

Having said that, the Atwood's in Norman blows major bovine. They hire stupid kids, who don't know dick about "farm stuff" and are more interested in playing grab-*** and pecker pull than with helping customers. They put them on the register, and half of them can't even do a farm tax ID deal. The manager of the store (who I've dealt with on many occasions) is a horses ***. I bent the supports on a box blade I bought there and he told me I must have been "abusing them and we won't honor the warranty." I said "you will honor the warranty" and he said "the warranty says the support braces must be broken, not bent." I said "I'll be back in about an hour." I went home, and broke the sons-a-bitches, carried them up there and said "now warranty them." He wasn't quite sure what to do, so he warrantied them.

Overall, I rate Atwoods about a C-. Tractor Supply gets a B, but only cause I always challenge the manager at the one in Moore to "beat Atwoods' prices." And he always does.

He told me monkeys don't have any idea they have a big red butt. They like to point and laugh at other monkey's big red butts though. So there's this African proverb parents teach their children: "Monkeys don't laugh at their own a**."
