If I were a mod who decided to do as he pleased AND had super-admin/FTP powers, I'd:
1) Get rid of the "Report Bad Post" button. It's the same crybabies who use that thing constantly, and they usually started the **** they're whining about.
2) Hand a 24hr+ vacation to anybody who anonymously negspeks. If you don't like what somebody posts and you're going to negspek, be man (or woman) enough to be accountable.
3) Same for whining publicly about private negspek or peems. Nobody gives a **** about how persecuted you think you are. If you feel the need to take your case to the court of SO opinion, the SO opinion will be that you are a fockturd. Enjoy the vacation.
4) I'd write a hack to redirect baned folks to hornfans.com when they logged in. That would be a whole new level of cruel and unusual punishment.
5) I'd write a ghey-spek hack. Ghey-spek would result in the following post background:

6) Open season on alter-ego trolls, no bag limit. Except for Shamu and a couple others. And I'd reinstate the Bikerfox troll. He was funny.

8) And finally, I'd set a gif that rotated between AD and the Heisman, to be substituted for the text string ":manchild:"
