Oh merciful heavens no.

Men at Work

I can't get to sleep.
Something about the implications
I'm climbing in the sheets
and possibly the consternations
but day after day it reappears
and night after night my heart beat show tefeers

Beano has the most ecclectic play list I've ever seen. James Galway, Stockard Channing, Tracy Chapman and Toad the Wet Sprocket.

Spek for the Galway.

man i have less than 100.....i have some catching up to do....i listen to alot of talk radio, otherwise i'd keep a piece of paper in the car and write down songs to d/l when i heard them

i'm a little picky with music

Scott D

I'm ambivalent to downloading anything else with my overusage of Launchcast now.....just easier to listen to random stuff on my own person radio station with no commercials or dj's.

Explantion Beano:

Not PC is just what it sounds like...dirty stuff, i.e. David Allen Coe, South Park...basically everything that's X rated.

Shanties is all of my "Pirate" (meaning Arrrr!) and Celtic & Irish music.

Sappy Love Song is where I put all my 70's & 80's get drunk and "reflect" songs...

Sports is the folder that has stuff like "The Hey Song"...basically the ESPN Jock Rock stuff.

I can't seem to break the 1k mark in music. I just can't think of more than 1,000 songs that I do/would listen to. Of that 1,000, I only actually listen to about 2/3 of it.

I don't rate songs that I don't listen to.

tbl
9/14/2006, 09:06 AM
4,698, but there's no way I would give any of them stars. For the most part, I like the songs I have, so it'd be rather pointless to rank each one. Sure there are some that are more than others, but it seems like an exercise in futility.

Anybidy else seen this new tricked up version (7.0)? The green is gone and now it's blue... It's still updating everything, so I've yet to monkey with it.

About 12,000. But all of it won't fit on my iPod, (obviously).

And every song I own is rated and placed in a playlist.

But I have a sickness that I have given up on trying to remedy...

WOAH! I didn't think having a love for music was a sickness......

(I'm only up to about 2k now but I've only had my Ipod since March :O )

Congrats BSG!

I'm a n00b, too. And I'm reminded of that every time I visit my brother who has tens of thousands of songs. All categorized and labeled. If I borrow something he makes me sign it out on his 'checkout' list like I'm at the liberry or something. He has so much stuff and so many people borrow stuff from him that he literally has to keep a checkout list.

I don't know anyone that has as much music as he does. And I know some people with A LOT of music.

I honestly have no idea how many songs I have on my PC and on DVD at home, but at work I've got 6,252.

Like yermom, Pandora has provided tons of new bands for me to listen to. Plus I occassionally grab a song from Rhapsody, iTunes, or Yahoo Music.
