04 was right, from club head to shoulder should be pretty close to a straight line, but it doesn't have to be...it is with the good players for the most part. Also looks like you are slouching a bit...straighten your back and stick your butt out, feels and sounds gay, but it will do wonders for your golf swing. Hard to tell from that pic, but it looks like your right hand is a little more underneath than I'd like to see it. From that grip, it looks like you fight the rights.

oh, and proforce shafts are the Succ. :)

move both hands towards your left side. Draw an imaginary line from your driver head, to your shoulder, amke sure your hands are in that line or close to it.

ah, the old over-the-top move. sweetness. Over the top with the driver, and a square face = ball that starts straight and curves right. Once you get to the top of your backswing, try to make sure the your right elbow stays close to your right side and swing the club down the line. For me personally, the reason I come over the top is that I let my head slide to the left, out in front of the ball...so check that too. Make sure you are staying behind the ball through impact.
