i don't really like going to a new gym. I'm going to one at this jobsite, but well, all their equipment is different. It's much smaller and much less equipment then i'm used to.

They have most of the basic stuff, which is fine, but most off it's free weight. I'm also not sure if I can trust the wieghts they're showing me on their machines, because it's different from what I'm using at Bally's. Everything is 10 lb increments, where Bally's is a lot of 15 lb increments. We also had 5 and 7.5 lb weights we could use to split the increment.

I have to free weight bench next week because I don't trust the weight setting on the machine I used yesterday.
