heh, i learned a bunch of neat tricks when I was at dish network.


I changed my phone number and at&t has a wonderful system that basically means you have to create a new account. Only special departments can add the international calling plan (moving can't do it) and you have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get it added to an account that's less then 90 days old, and wait up to 48 hours.

Got mine working in about 15 minutes from the first time I hung up the phone, and just got a phone call back from the president's office (yeah, it's not really the at&t president, it's just a high level dispute resolution team).
