Oklahoma RB Joe Mixon was suspended for Saturday’s game against Iowa State. Oklahoma running back Joe Mixon has been suspended for Saturday’s game against Iowa State, the school announced Tuesday evening. While the school did not provide specific information about what led to the suspension, it did release a quote from Mixon where he apologized for being ill-tempered with parking attendants.
