Ignoring that Keith Jackson helped the Packers win Super Bowl 31, DeMond Parker was one of my first tastes of Sooner talent in Green Bay. He was only up there a few seasons, but I still remember him fanning off his shoes in the endzone to signify how fast he was :)
:( Sadly, things took a turn for the worse after his football career ended.

“If I would have stayed in school, I would have gotten my degree, and I would have went higher in the draft, so it was kind of like it was probably was the worst decision I ever made in my life leaving (the University of) Oklahoma,” Parker told the World. “That kind of affected everything, because I’m kinda sure if I had a degree right now I wouldn’t be in this situation.”
Very sad situation, but perhaps when he's done serving his time, he can mention younger players so they don't make the same mistakes themselves :(
