Westbrook (11) caught 46 passes for 743 yards and four touchdowns in 2015. A police report obtained by The Oklahoman provides context to the incident that led to the arrest of Oklahoma wide receiver Dede Westbrook. Westbrook’s May 23 arrest in his hometown of Cameron, Texas, stemmed from his presence at a home where a previous altercation took place.
