Disappointed in the lack of crowd noise. It seemed they stayed asleep till about 5 minutes left. They really could have helped the Sooners more when they were in that hole.

yeah...

road will be tough, dogfights with ku, isu and possible wv being real tough if not losses. Bu, osu, ksu and ut will be second tier tough with tt and tcu bringing up the bottom.

home games ku and wv seem to be the next set...with osu, bu and ut. Thinking ksu, tt and tcu should be "easier" games at home...if that's possible.

not disagreeing with ya but Coach K thought the fans did well...course, what else is he going to say..lol.

If there was ever an indication that the culture of basketball at OU is growing, the fans revealed it Saturday.

During a time when the odds were against a capacity crowd — students are still in the midst of winter break — fans showed that they might just be ready to get behind the Sooners.

“Fantastic. I thought it was great,” OU coach Lon Kruger said after the game. “With students gone, it makes it really impressive because our students have been really good and I know a lot of them came back tonight. Our guys were talking about it in the locker room afterwards—the energy that they felt.”

OU certainly needed the boost in a game that was a struggle on both ends of the floor throughout. To Kruger, the LNC didn’t take a backseat to any arena on Saturday.

“Maybe as loud as any arena—it can only be so loud, of course. The crowd, they felt good about their role in the outcome and it was a big role," Kruger said.
