Oklahoma defensive tackle Charles Walker will not play in Friday’s College Football Playoff semifinal after suffering a concussion during bowl practice. Walker was named All-Big 12 Conference second team after making 36 tackles, including 10 for loss, which ranked second on the team behind Eric Striker.
