Ohio State DT Adolphus Washington cited for solicitation

One of the best players on Ohio State’s defense reportedly ran into some trouble on Wednesday night.
According to Fox 28 in Columbus, defensive tackle Adolphus Washington was cited for solicitation – a first-degree misdemeanor. Ohio State confirmed the incident to BuckeyeGrove.com and said that Washington is due in court on Dec. 17.
Ohio State spokesperson Jerry Emig told Fox 28 that discipline for Washington “will be handled internally.”
According to Cleveland.com, Buckeyes head coach Urban Meyer is "expected to address Washington's status" when he returns to Columbus on Friday when the team returns to practice. Meyer is currently on the road recruiting.
Washington, a senior, was a second team All-Big Ten selection this year. The 6-foot-4, 290-pound totaled 49 tackles, seven tackles for loss and four sacks on the season.
