Dang, am I grateful that Kingsbury ran off Mayfield. Also happy that Stoops went with Riley. This doesn't even look like the team from the first 5 games of the season. LR has gradually installed more of the offense and now the play calling is excellent. Just think back to last season and the games after Shep went down, and you'll feel the same.

I still don't know what was wrong with this team at Texas. I know it's a different game. It never turns out as expected. But the team that took the field was completely different than this one, so they didn't just get beat by a fired up Texas team.

Yeah, I was surprised. Looked the one announcer up, Jay Walker, played at Howard. Sounds like he likes the Sooners.

My wife is from Ohio, went to the "other" OSU. When she was forced to start watching Oklahoma games when we got together, she couldn't believe how the announcers called our games; the criticism, the outright rooting for the other team.

Extremely solid game all around. I really thought ISU would play us tighter. They were able to frustrate our offense for a few drives in the 2nd qtr and I think that was more credit to ISU and their game plan, and not big execution problems on OUr part. We really picked it up in the 2nd half after some adjustments and the D was rock solid the whole game. Onward.

Very happy with the overall balance of both sides of the ball. Good 2nd half adjustments by the coaches.

Noticed that when we receive kickoffs our return yardage seems to be a lot less than usual. Waiting for Ross to bust a couple.

Yeah, special teams has been horrible this year.

Do we still use are starters on special teams? It might make them better, but I remember someone getting hurt all the time from it.
