And a couple of possible upsets above us.

Iowa at Indiana (Indiana gave tOSU fits)

ND at Pitt (Pitt looked pretty tough until last week)

Utah @ Washington (USC exposed Utah)

Pitt looked pretty tough, but not today.

Well, they are all heavy underdogs. I just list them as upsets that wouldn't shock me. Another one I thought I'd never mention is Stanford @ Colorado(!). They are even half way in the 1st quarter. Usually doesn't mean much that early in the game, but the Bufs have been playing better and better each week and actually led UCLA in the 4th qtr. last week. WSU out played Stanford last week and should have won. They missed a 40ish yard FG on the last play to lose by 2 - that kicker had been 5 of 5 until that kick.

I'll eliminate TCU (and Baylor) right now - defenses are a joke. First team with a good defense they go against flattens them

Pokes putting the hurt on the horny toads 28-9 in the 2nd qtr. TCU was behind KSU by 17 late in the game and came back pretty easily, but I don't think they can against the OSU D.

I don't think they were really ever in it. Not too surprise they lost because their defense is pretty weak, but I was very surprised that Navy held them to only 20.

These guys doing the Ala/LSU game, couple of idjits.

They only have an undefeated Big XII school getting into the playoffs. Give the SEC two shots, of course.

And he only made up the 2nd qualifier for the SEC, as it became apparent LSU is going to get their butts handed to them.

So sick of this SEC love fest, still.

I don't care what the CBS (i.e. SEC station) announcers say. The committee will drop LSU like a stone after taking a whipping like this.

And as much as it irks me, I do think Bama and tOSU may well be the best all around teams this year (again). Sigh.

The committee rankings this week will be very interesting. OSU should jump Baylor and maybe get into the top 4. It's the first big12 win against "anybody". OU and Baylor won't get much love beating ISU and KSU respectively, but OU will move up due to other teams losing.
