For Oklahoma State's players and coaches, extending an unbeaten run has taken a backseat to helping a grieving community recover from last weekend's tragedy. The 12th-ranked Cowboys will try to at least temporarily turn their focus back to football when they go after the third 8-0 start in school history Saturday at Texas Tech. Oklahoma State considered postponing the game, but ultimately decided to play and honor the victims.
