Totally concur. 2 really dumb penalties (Westbrook, Tapper) and a really bad fumble by Westbrook (ball in the wrong arm). Most other things caused by WVU being good or making a good call. The Oline is what it is - a long term project.

I was worried about this zebra crew so I didn't put any $ down on OU. I was relieved that I didn't when I found out it was Eck's crew.
Overall though and from what I could see on TV, I think the refs did a pretty fair job ( I don't know if I would feel that way though if we'd have lost) except I think they should've called a targeting penalty on Joseph and they probably should've called that face mask that was missed on that play where the W Va QB who had his knee down before he threw it. Don't know about that wedge 15 yarder on that KO, but after watching how undisciplined both teams were today, I wouldn't doubt that our special team's coaches even knew there was a rule against it. (2 players ok, more than 2 is a flag)

Relieved to get out of this one with a W.

I think the roughing on Mayfield was good. It looked like, once Mayfield was clearly going down, the defender slammed his shoulders down, causing his head to whip into the ground.
