The Sooners rolled up 773 yards against Tulsa, the most for an Oklahoma team since 1988.


''You go back two weeks ago (against Tennessee), and offensively, we didn't do a thing until the fourth quarter,'' Stoops said. ''We've got to get that better.''

Fair assessment. I like the fact Stoops is not talking up the big numbers against Tulsa as some huge accomplishment. It was really fun watching Mayfield take off downfield when all the DBs had their backs turned. It was a nice change from watching an opposing QB do it to our D.
