I watched all 10 replays and didn't see it. He clearly bobbled it, but 13 was in the way to see whether it hit the ground. The reviewed it for quite a while, so they were looking hard at it. Full disclosure: my only have a 50" monitor, maybe you can see more with 60"+

I think HCBS is back on the Oxy for his hip. Pretty poor with our poor OL going for it on 4th. We had better suck it up in the 2nd half before Tulsa pulls a ND on us.
