Now that Oklahoma has chosen a starting quarterback, the inside linebacker battle between Jordan Evans and Frank Shannon is the most compelling decision left for the coaches. Last season, while Shannon was serving a suspension, Evans stepped in and finished second on the team with 93 tackles. Shannon, a dynamic player who started every game in 2013 and led the team with 92 tackles, is back.
