Did the shooter not see the "no guns" sign on the door of the recruiting center before he shot the place up?

Surely had he been able to see the sign this tragedy could have been averted!

Can Obamacare please, please, please, cover free vision screenings for everyone so this doesn't happen again?!?!

The dude was a mooslem, so I think he'd been personally given the okay by Obammy himself.
