I've been away from it all for awhile, so I'm way behind....but I've been reading about the Sooner attrition. Are we talking current players or recruiting class or both? I saw the posts on KJ Young and Keith Ford transferring, but get the idea there's several others. Could someone summarize who has left, been run off, why or post an article that shows same.

Sex, drugs, and rock-n-roll!

Ooops! I mean rap. With this generation, it's rap. So: Sex, drugs, and rap!

At least some good things never change.

Would you like a Power 5 attrition spreadsheet?
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1J9ASSW4INt1crs9Zt-SZblYHGLOvODYODJbGzggMyS0/edit?pli=1#gid=296423990

Cliff's Notes version: OU has had one head coach from 2002-2014 and lost 108 players to attrition, while signing 307 in the same timeframe; an attrition rate of 35 percent. This is second-lowest in the Big 12 (behind TCU's 32 percent; who also had one head coach in that timeframe).

Also, since you asked specifically about KJ and Keith, here's the article I got that spreadsheet from:

Facts are difficult things.
