He hasn't formally been charged, but he has a history. I know there's only domestic violence here - no dope smoking, dope peddling, or breaking a girl's face - so, Stoops interest is probably limited, but...maybe he could start smoking dope and breaking girls' faces here to get in Stoops' good graces:

Seriously thot, I dont read much of what he posts but it seems every thing he does post is either Slamming Bob or the Players. Thot that was against the rulz er sompun.

But, you still didn't answer the question: Is Stoops just waiting for this kid to also have a dope/assault added to his rap sheet? If he's good enough for Bama, he'd be good enough here. He could room with Mixon.

But that link you provided says the accuser recanted her story, so maybe he didn't blow his second chance after all. If he ends up being reinstated by Bama, I would guess the accuser's pockets are filled with coin from some wealthy Bama donor. (Cynical enough?)
