Sure hope Lon isn't satisfied with his 1st post season win at OU. Wouldn't mind seeing KU's trees tweaking some of those injuries just a little, either, and Baylor coming back and pushing them to a couple of OTs.

For a good shooter Buddy throws up some serious garbage.I've noticed that for the last several games, sort of like Heupel when he screwed up his wrist at the last of the NC season, he wasn't very accurate down the field. Hope Buddy's not hurting, and it's just that teams are defending him closer or it's something that's out of sync in his shooting motion that is easily correctable at HT. You're exactly right though, he's thrown up some long bricks. We sure need him to get hot in the 2nd half tonight.

I'm more concerned that Buddy has had one decent shooting game in his last 7 and Woodard is 5-14 with 2 assists and 3 turnovers and it seemed like a good game from him.

Tough luck. Admittedly, Hoiberg had that play sniffed out, and it forced Woodard into an obnoxiously obvious travel. We didn't get called for it, and Spangler found a spot and got open. That's usually most of the battle, but Spangler flubbed the easy part. That really hurts.

It was a good game, thought when ISU went up 8 OU may have folded but they battled back. Lon throwing 7 different kinds of smoke was awesome.
