guess I'd be arrested...a lot. LOL...or fined...

also Texas has now stepped into raising children, making sure your child doesn't skip school

Miss over 10% of days due to unexcused absences they'll report you and the child will lost their driver's license for 30 days. 2nd time for 60 days.

Barrington is an idiot with a 40% conservative index rating from the last session. 40%, mind you. I'm really tired of lunatics in the state legislature making the state look backward as **** (I'm looking at you Kern).

Having said that, the title is misleading. SB 13 doesn't make it illegal to wear a hoodie. It makes it illegal to wear a hoodie for the purpose of concealing your identity during the commission of a crime. It's honestly nothing more than giving the police more ammunition to stop/harass black urban youths who look 'suspicious' to them with absolutely no other probable cause besides their attire.

It's no doubt aimed at blacks by the legislator, to impress his ignorant constituency, but it will be used by the police against anyone who doesn't show them what they consider their due deference.

He should have suggested this when Oklahoma's wind chill wasn't in single digits. My Packer (NOT OU, those have been lost since the Clemp game) hoodie has been used excessively during the past few weeks.
