Colleges are becoming nothing more than aptitude screeners for companies that are too afraid to do it themselves. And as colleges come under more scrutiny about this issue they are farming out their responsibilities to identify good students to testing services.

With all of vested interests in the dollars now being generated for so many actors in this particular mosaic, you have to wonder if any hope truly exists for this to be corrected in a meaningful way.
