Oh the despair! Oh the humanity! How dare the SCOTUS consider overturning the will of the people's duly elected representatives! LOL. The comments section is especially entertaining.

BTW, I am of the opinion that the intent of the ACA statute in question was to coerce states to create their own exchanges. I don't think the law will be invalidated by the scotus. I think they will refer this particular section back to Congress to correct it. Of course the progressives at that point will scream that Congress has no role in amending the law they created. The hyprcirsy of the left knows no bounds.
