Then loses to Auburn in the iron bowl,
It seems possible that the "Best Conference" in the country
Might not have a team in the 4 team playoff

Stranger events have happened.

I think the most likely scenario that would shut out an SEC team is for the West Champion to go into the title game with a loss and then lose to a three loss team from the East. This weekend it is possible for both Georgia and Missouri to lose (to Auburn and A&M) and I'd assume Bama will beat Mississippi St.

Now ... I really don't expect all of this to happen. I guess is that Bama wins out and takes one spot. I don't think the SEC will get two in ... a one loss Mississippi State team has the same issue as Baylor ... a crappy OOC ... which will hold them back,
