If we win out, that '08 scenario is not a sure thing. If TCU wins out and Baylor drops 2, we are back to head to head with TCU. That almost happened in '08 as TTech had to come from behind to escape Baylor in the last game of the season (with Crabtree out hurt). Had Tech lost, the horns would have gone to the CCG and almost certainly the BCS final.

I highly doubt that situation occurs as I still think TCU drops another. Also, the big12 is changing the tie breaker rules to give more power to the committee. But the committee has stated that head to head will be a big factor.
