If you were a fan of Broadchurch, now there is a version we can understand what the actors are saying.

Anna Gunn (from Breaking Bad) lost so much weight for this role I hardly recognized her.

Being a Doctor Who fan, I will watch anything that has an actor from that show. This show features the same lead actor from the British version, David Tennant, playing the lead detective but w/o the thick accent. It will also be interesting to see what will be changed for the U.S. audience.

A remake I have not embraced is Resurrection, which is the U.S. version of a French series, The Returned. Having done the first season of that one, complete with subtitles, and then the cryptic and incomprehensible final episode, I was not ready to commit to this one all over again.
