They are daring us to throw routes that Knight just can't throw (the slant etc) or to players that are iffy (Neal). As an OC, you assume that since its there its easy yards. The reality is that Knight couldn't hit 40% of his passes on the slant vs AIR, much less in a game type situations which is why we are about 1 for 6 on those throws.

Yes this is 100% on Heupel because he is trying to micro-manage the game. Any time you see our O have to wait til there is 5 seconds on the play clock to get ready to snap it, that means our OC is panicking. Every single time its happened, our offense goes into a shell. Every. Single. Time.

We'll go back through the tape after this, but historically when he pulls this crap, we have at least 2 players who are not running the same play as everyone else on every single snap. That is 100% on him to notice in the film room and fix his own bad tendencies. 5 years later, he still isn't doing it.
