The Oklahoma Supreme Court has ruled that the University of Oklahoma can enforce its one-year suspension of linebacker Frank Shannon. An Oklahoma student accused Shannon of sexual assault earlier this year. Though no charges were filed, the school conducted a Title IX investigation and decided to suspend Shannon. Shannon was Oklahoma's leading tackler last season.
