The Oklahoma Sooners are boldly talking about playing for a national title. ''It's where you want to be,'' quarterback Trevor Knight said. The Sooners capped off a strong finish to last season with a win over Alabama in the Sugar Bowl that energized the rabid fan base. Oklahoma now must back up the excitement it has generated, starting Aug. 30 at home against Louisiana Tech.
