I'm all for this! The worst part is that it never should have had to come to this. I suspect the legal system will view the NCAA requirements (in this case) and reach the same conclusion we all did..."WTF?!"

I don't think the ncaa stands up to well against the legal system anyway.

Depends on what you want out of it. As you should well know, people sue for a variety of reasons and pure harassment of one's foes is a common motivation.

Mayfield played for TTECH for free as a STARTER and won them games they shouldn't have won. Now they are gonna do him like this? I understand their policy, but there needs to be an overruling on this from the TTECH higher ups.

I suspect Tech wouldn't have a problem signing off on his playing elsewhere if it was anywhere else besides a Big 12 school.

And, frankly, a Big 12 school who they know is going to rag doll them this fall....and whose coach might find it amusing to put BM just so he could light up his old brethren.
