This is probably a good place to post this:

I recently contacted SoonerSportsTV and asked if they would make the LaTech game available for purchase to subscribers. I got a response saying they would be offering the PPV option (like last year's ULM game). So, for those of us out of state, you can purchase the PPV on SoonerSportsTV. I'll post more detailed information as the season get's closer to beginning.

It does say that you can get single tickets for those games including OSU.
