Do any of you remember exactly how tired and out of touch those programs seemed when we were in high school? Why do we as adults believe that our children are somehow stupider enough than we were and thus possessed of the null intellect credulity that would be required for these programs to work?

It's similar to the argument that legalizing pot will somehow make it more available to the underaged....when you couldn't get the Rand Corporation to design a more efficient system to supply pot to kids than what we have today.
