Football Final Four Question

Next year, the football semifinals will be played in New Orleans and Pasadena. The championship game will be in Arlington. Anyone know what the plan is for placing teams into either Sugar Bowl or Rose Bowl for next year? And, will #1 play #4 and #2 play #3?

#1 will play #4, and also #1 will be playing closer to home.

So if OU is #1, Alabama is #2, Florida St is #3, and Oregon is #4. OU will play Oregon in the Sugar Bowl, and Bama, and FSU will be shipped off to the Rose Bowl.
